Introduction : Faith is a substance of the heart that cannot see through the eyes of flesh. In addition, faith is an absolute requirement in the relationship between God and humankind (Hebrews 11:6). Even though God wants to provide us with many good things, we will fail to receive these good things if we don´t believe in Him.
1. What should we believe? 1) Believe in God - God was revealed in nature (Ro 1:19,20). 2) Jesus is God who came as a human being (Jn 1:14-18). 3) Believe in the grace of the atonement of Jesus. Our hearts of faith (Ro 3:25; Eph 2:8,9). 4) The Word of God, believe in the Bible (Mt 24:35; Ro 10:16,17; Col 2:7).
2. Seek the Holy Spirit´s help. 1) Believe and pray (Ro 8:26,27). 2) Believe and dream - Visualize and believe (Ge 13:14,15; Ps 106:24-27). 3) Pray until you receive peace of mind and conviction (Mk 11:24). 4) Never look back (Heb 10:38,39; Lk 9:62; Php 3:13,14; Jer 8:5).
3. Declaration of faith (Mk 11:22,23). 1) The way of creation. (1) The creation of heaven and earth and the proclamation of God (Ge 1:1,3; Jn 1:1-3). (2) The proclamation and ministry of Jesus (Lk 4:32,36). At the time of making the raging wind cease; at the time of healing; at the time of forgiveness; at the time of raising the dead (Mk 2:5; 4:39; Mk 8:16). 2) Confession of the mouth and faith (Ro 10:9,10; Mk 10:32,33). 3) To release faith - The confession of a woman from Syrian Phoenicia (Mk 7:29). 4) Spiritual warfare and patience. (1) Cast out demons who are interrupting you (Mk 16:17,18; Lk 10:19). (2) Do not be afraid of facing the environment (2 Ti 1:7; Heb 13:5,6).
Conclusion : Faith is our eyes, ears, and heart in the spiritual world. We walk with God by taking His hand, and we communicate with Him by faith. Our faith grows through His Word, through prayer, and through the grace of the Holy Spirit.
