The Leader who knows God
Exodus 14:13

2015-07-19

God sets a leader and works through him or her, but more specifically He chooses a leader who knows God. God is not only full of love and all-powerful but He also works through our dreams. The English novelist Jonathon Swift stated "Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others." The leader who knows God dreams of things that are not as though they are, and must be able to reveal a dream that is invisible to others.

1. Dream leads us to success
1) A leader who has no dream or goal, no matter how skilled will often end in failure. On the other hand, a leader with a clear dream and goal will lead his organization to success. Whether an individual or an organization those who have a clear dream and goal are the ones who succeed.
2) God works through people who have dreams, and because people who have dreams do not give up even though they face difficulty, people who have dreams are the ones who succeed in life. (Philippians 2:13)

2. People who had success through dreams
1) The world looks for people who have knowledge, English proficiency, or other qualifications.
2) God, however, looks for a person who has a dream. Anyone can dream a dream. Because God works through dreams and faith, we must carry dreams in our hearts.

3. The leader having the kingdom of God in mind
Moses carried the dream that God have given him. Because he heard God's word, "So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt" (Exodus 3:10), and carried the dream that he would save the Israelites, even when facing the red sea he firmly believed in God's salvation. In addition, because Moses carried the dream, the words of his lips were different. When the Israelites grumbled, "Was it because there were no graves in Egypt that you brought us to the desert to die," Moses boldly proclaimed, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today" (Exodus 14:13). The leader who carries a dream and looks to God is able to overcome all difficulties. (Psalm 91:14)

God resided in Moses' heart. Because the place God resides is heaven, he was at the same time in the world and also in heaven. Because the Israelites did not have heaven, they were shaken and filled with fear whenever their circumstances changed; however, Moses carried heaven in his heart and was able to conquer his circumstances, allowing him to overcome all of his fears.

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.
